Welcome to Zumba Fitness and Zumba4u with Paula, I have been in the fitness industry for 21 years, I am a Qualified RSA (Royal Society of Arts) Exercise to Music Teacher and a Qualified Zumba Instructor. I enjoy teaching Keep Fit, Aqua and Zumba Classes Orihuela Costa in Playa Flamenca and Torrevieja, on the Costa Blanca in Spain. MY goal is simple: I want you to want to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked on Zumba!

A Zumba class is known as a Zumba Party, we have Zumba Parties in Torrevieja. Zumba Fitness creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers or new exercisers.

Zumba with Paula is a blast! You don't even realise you're exercising, its exercise in disguise, in fact it feels so good people want to do it every day. Zumba is easy and designed for everybody, no matter your fitness or exercise level.

One of the great things about Zumba, is that there is no right or wrong way to do it. Everybody has their own style, their own flair and can work at their own fitness level. It doesn't matter if you get all the steps wrong, they will come. What's important is having fun while getting fit in an a welcoming, encouraging, environment that leaves you feeling great!
